Have Your Say on Cross Guns Bridge Build-to-Rent Proposal

An application has been submitted to An Bord Pleanála for a Strategic Housing Development at the site of the old bakery site at Cross Guns Bridge.

It involves:

205 Build-to-Rent apartments

Three blocks of up to 12 storeys (40m)

Indicative rents of €1,750 for a one-bed apartment

Any observations to An Bord Pleanála must be made within five weeks. I'm really keen to hear your views, on what will be a massive development for Phibsborough and the wider area.
